Search Species

This page will allow you to search a specific species or taxa by entering a string of characters matching either its English. domestic or scientific name.

The parameters are:
* which species groups to include (default is "All Taxa" and the drop-down list gives the other options)
* the matching criteria rules (default is "Contains" and the drop-down list gives the other options)

In addition, if you tick the box "Show pictures on the taxa" pictures uploaded to GT will be included when the result is displayed.

In the next step, you can also save your queries to a "short-list" allowing you to choose these directly at a later stage rather than defining your search anew.
